De Rode Winkel is an iconic family business that has been shaping the Dutch retail landscape since 1837. Together with Broekman, the brand combines heritage, craftsmanship and a strong focus on customer experience. From being the Netherlands’ leading denim specialist to offering premium menswear, both stores are built around helping customers find the perfect fit and style.

To support this ambition, we started with a Leadership Training for the management team, followed by Art of Sales training for the entire store teams and ongoing Continuous Coaching on the shop floor. Throughout the journey, the focus remained the same: creating memorable customer experiences that strengthen loyalty, attract new customers and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the stores.
