Known for his approachable leadership style, Eddy combines deep expertise with strong cultural awareness and emotional intelligence, helping teams grow, perform, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. In addition, Joris brings over seven years of experience in video content production, creating engaging training and brand content for luxury fashion retailers.
