Over the past few days, I had an amazing sales training with Eddy and Melle. Very professional, but above all delivered with great enthusiasm. A truly valuable experience and a pleasure to be part of.
To support this ambition, we developed and delivered a leadership training program for Siebel’s store management teams. The program focused on helping managers create more structure, stronger follow-up and clearer leadership on the shop floor, always with direct impact on both team performance and customer experience. By translating KPI’s into daily behavior and strengthening coaching and communication within the teams, the training helped create more alignment, ownership and consistency across the organization.
